BELIEFS

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord, Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, Born of the Virgin Mary, Suffered under Pontius Pilate, Was crucified, dead, and buried. He descended into hell; The third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, And sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; From thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; The Holy catholic Church, the Communion of Saints; The Forgiveness of sins; The Resurrection of the body, And the Life everlasting. Amen.

THE VALUE OF LIFE

Life is sacred from the moment of conception, and we affirm that every unborn child is precious, created with purpose, and deserving of protection and love.

Psalm 139:13-16

THE COVENANT OF MARRIAGE

Marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God to be between one man and one woman, reflecting Christ’s love for the Church. From creation, God established marriage as a lifelong union between male and female, intended for love, unity, and the foundation of family.

Genesis 2:20-24

PREDESTINATION

God, in His omniscience, knows all things from the beginning and has a sovereign plan for salvation, yet He gives us free will to choose Him. While He predestines believers according to His purpose, He also desires that all come to repentance, offering salvation to everyone who believes.

2 Peter 3:9

COMMUNION

We believe that Communion (The Lord’s Supper) is a way for followers of Jesus to remember what He did for us on the cross. The bread and the cup are symbols of Jesus’ body and blood, reminding us of His love and sacrifice. Anyone who has accepted Jesus as their Savior is welcome to take part, and we encourage everyone to come with a thankful heart and a desire to live for Him.

Luke 22:19

SALVATION

We believe that salvation is God’s free gift, offered to all through faith in Jesus Christ. It begins when a person repents of their sins, believes in Jesus’ death and resurrection, and receives new life through the Holy Spirit. This salvation brings forgiveness, a personal relationship with God, and the power to live a transformed life.

Ephesians 2:8–9

IDENTITY IN CHRIST

Our true identity is found in Christ, not in cultural definitions of gender or sexuality. From the beginning, God created us male and female, and He did not make a mistake—our identity is intentionally designed by Him for His purpose.

Genesis 1:27

GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT

The gifts of the Spirit are still active in the church today, empowering believers through the Holy Spirit to build up the body of Christ and advance God’s kingdom. Jesus promised that the Holy Spirit would equip His followers with power, and we are called to eagerly desire spiritual gifts so that we may serve, encourage, and strengthen the church.

1 Corinthians 12:7-11

WOMEN IN MINISTRY

Women have played vital roles in ministry throughout biblical history, serving as prophets, teachers, and leaders in the early church. Scripture supports this through examples such as Deborah, a judge and prophet, Priscilla, who taught Apollos, and Phoebe, a deacon.

Acts 18:26

TRINITY

We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. These three are distinct yet united, co-equal and co-eternal, working together in creation, salvation, and the life of the believer. This truth reveals God's nature and His desire to be in relationship with us.

Matthew 3:16–17

BAPTISM

Water baptism is a public declaration of a personal decision to follow Jesus. It symbolizes the believer’s identification with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection and is an act of obedience. Baptism is for those mature enough to understand its significance, and while it does not save, it reflects the new life we have in Christ.
