Sexual Integrity 101

We all desire sexual integrity, whether it’s for ourselves or for others. But we often struggle with knowing where to start. At Pure Desire Ministries, they know how hopeless this can feel. That’s why they’ve created the Sexual Integrity 101 Video Course.

This 8-week introductory video course is completed in a partially co-ed group setting. Here’s what to expect:

  • A weekly 2 hour meeting (Monday’s from 7-9pm at Puyallup Campus)

  • A companion workbook which:

    • Follows along with each session

    • Leads individuals through reflection questions

    • Includes weekly exercises

Group Structure:

  • The first 40-50 minutes begins with a video that includes: 

    • A deep-dive into the factors that contribute to unwanted sexual behaviors

    • Interviews with experts in the field of sexual health

    • Testimonies of those transformed through a safe, grace-filled process

    • Practical tools and strategies that lead to lasting health

  • For the remainder of the time, men and women are separated to answer and discuss reflection questions from their workbooks in a small group setting.

This video training is for anyone who wants to find freedom from the effects of unwanted sexual behaviors and betrayal trauma. This course will show how shame and grace affect the healing process, give understanding about addiction and betrayal trauma, and get individuals started on the path to sexual health and integrity.
